How do I invite my friends to use OKX Money?

Share your invite link and you earn commission when the people you invite get a card and spend it with. You earn from the people you invite directly, and a share from the people they invite.Your link is in the Rewards tab, which also shows your invites and what you've earned.

You need an active card to refer a friend. If you don't have one yet, order a card first.

What do I earn?

There are two ways you earn, and your rates depend on how many people you've invited.

Card activation pays a share of the card fee when someone you invited activates a virtual or physical card.

Spend pays a share of what they spend on their card, for as long as they keep spending. The rate for people they invited is 10% of what you earn on your own invitee's spend.

Earnings stop there. Someone three levels below you doesn't pay you anything.

FAQ

1. When do I start earning money?

You earn a card-activation commission when someone you invited activates their card, and spend commission from their first spend onwards.

Nothing is paid for a sign-up or an invite on its own — commission is paid for real, settled activity.

2. When am I paid?

Commission is paid to your OKX Money balance in USDG when it settles.

If a purchase you earned is refunded, the related commission is deducted from your balance. There's a 7-day claw-back window after commission is paid.

3. How do I move up a tier?

Tiers are based on how many people you've invited. Upgrades can take place until the end of the day rather than applying immediately.

Your rate applies from the point you move up, not retrospectively. So your first 10 invitees earn you 0.10% on their spend, and from your 11th onwards you earn 0.15%.

4. How do I become an Ambassador?

Ambassador is invite-only, or you can apply from the Rewards tab.

Ambassadors earn the highest rates in the table above. See the OKX Affiliate Program Agreement for the terms.

5. Who can I invite?

People who are new to OKX Money, don't already have a card, and are in a country where the card is available.

6. My friend signed up but I'm not earning from them

Check the Rewards tab first — they may not have activated a card or spent yet.Other reasons:

  • They didn't use your link. They can still enter your code at sign up, or add it in the app later, as long as they do it before the window closes

  • Someone else invited them first. Each person has one invite relationship, bound to whoever they signed up under first. If they were already invited by someone else, that relationship stands

  • They already had a card. Invitees need to be new to the card

7. Can I earn twice for the same person?

No. We pay once per person who gets a card, whichever invite relationship was created first, and regardless of which app the invite came from.

Inviting different people across the two programs is fine — those are separate acquisitions and you earn on each.

8. Is there a limit on what I can earn?

A single invitee can earn you up to 5 USDG.

Other limits may apply depending on your tier. See the OKX Affiliate Program Agreement for the full terms.

9. Are there other promotions?

Check the Rewards tab. Anything you're eligible for shows up there with what you need to do and when it ends.

We only announce promotions in the app and on our official channels. Anyone messaging you about an OKX Money offer, especially one that asks you to send funds or share a code, is running a scam. See How can I protect myself from scammers? for what to watch for.
