What cashback do I earn on an ongoing basis?

Earn cashback on eligible USDG-backed purchases with your US OKX Card on Autopay. Purchases on Manual repayment do not qualify. Your Card and account must be active and in good standing, and you must meet the US Cashback Terms' eligibility requirements.

Your cashback rate and monthly cap are based on your OKX Pay loyalty tier, not directly on your Exchange VIP level. 

How is the cashback cap calculated?

The cashback cap is calculated by calendar month. Once you reach your applicable cap, you stop earning cashback for the rest of that month. The cap resets on the first day of each new calendar month, independently of your Card billing cycle. Special cashback programs like subscription cashback are not included in this cashback cap calculation and accrue separately.

All calendar-month cashback cap calculations use Eastern Time (ET), regardless of your local time zone.

Which purchases are eligible for cashback?

Eligible purchases of goods or services must be backed by USDG, made on Autopay, successfully settled and not fall into an excluded category. If a purchase is backed by both  USDG and other stablecoins, only the USDG portion earns cashback.

Pre-authorizations, pending, declined and reversed transactions do not earn confirmed cashback. Other exclusions include:

• Transactions below USD 1 or excluded merchant category codes.

• Gambling, betting, lottery tickets and casino transactions.

• Gift cards, prepaid cards and stored-value cards.

• Cryptocurrency or digital-asset purchases.

• Government service payments, including fines, taxes and court costs.

• ATM withdrawals, money orders, wire transfers and cash equivalents.

• Refunded or charged-back transactions, fraudulent or abusive transactions, and other categories specified by OKX.

Excluded categories are not necessarily supported Card uses, for example ATM withdrawals are not otherwise supported.

What form of cashback do I receive, and when will I get it?

Cashback is paid automatically in USDG to your OKX Pay Wallet once the purchase settles. You do not need to claim it.

Cashback is calculated on the eligible USD-equivalent purchase amount. It is rounded down to the nearest 0.01 USDG.

How do I reach a higher OKX Pay tier?

You can qualify for a higher OKX Pay tier through any of three tracks: your average deposited assets over the past 30 days, your Card spending over the past 30 days, or your Exchange VIP level.
